Brain Healthy Walnut Basil Pesto Sauce

- 2 cups raw walnuts **
- 2 cups basil **
- 1 Tbs crushed garlic **
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Grind walnuts
- In a food processor or blender mix walnuts, basil, garlic and olive oil
- Add salt and pepper to taste
** These ingredients are some of the highest antioxidant brain-protective foods! And they are tasty too!
Put on your favorite pasta and feel those antioxidants working on your brain!
